Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vaskoz Tattoo Studio website and any enquiry, quote or booking you submit through it. By using this site or contacting us to arrange a tattoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Vaskoz Tattoo is a tattoo studio located at Protaras Avenue 69, Shop 3, Paralimni 5296, Cyprus. You can reach us at vaskoztattoo123@gmail.com or +357 97 631826.

You must be at least 18 years of age to be tattooed by us and to book an appointment. We may ask for valid photo identification before your appointment and reserve the right to refuse service where age cannot be verified. We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

Submitting a booking or quote form is a request for an appointment — it does not create a confirmed booking. An appointment is only confirmed once we reply to arrange a date and time, and (where applicable) your deposit is received.

We may decline or reschedule any request at our discretion, including for reasons of availability, artist suitability, health and safety, or the nature of the requested design. Details you provide (design, placement, size) are used to prepare a quote and are subject to confirmation in person.

To secure an appointment we may require a deposit. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

• —The deposit is applied toward the final price of your tattoo.
• —Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, or reschedule with less than the notice we specify at the time of booking (typically 48 hours).
• —If you do not attend your appointment (a “no-show”), the deposit is forfeited.
• —Significant changes to the agreed design on the day may affect the price and available time.

Final pricing is confirmed by the artist and depends on size, detail, placement and time required.

Tattooing is a cosmetic procedure that carries inherent risks, including temporary discomfort, swelling, and — in rare cases — infection or allergic reaction. Before we begin, you will be asked to complete and sign a consent form and to disclose relevant medical conditions. Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any condition that may affect the procedure or healing.

We will provide aftercare guidance, but the healing and long-term appearance of your tattoo depend on how you care for it. Any aftercare information we provide is general guidance only and is not medical advice. If you experience signs of infection or an adverse reaction, seek medical attention promptly.

Custom artwork, flash designs, stencils and other creative work prepared by our artists remain the intellectual property of Vaskoz Tattoo and the individual artist. Commissioning a tattoo gives you the tattoo itself; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant you the right to reproduce, resell or license the design.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website and social media. If you prefer that we do not share photos of your tattoo, please let us know and we will respect your request.

By submitting reference material with your enquiry, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to use it solely to prepare and discuss your design.

This website is provided for information and to help you enquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Vaskoz Tattoo and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaskoz Tattoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or, where you have followed our guidance and consent process, from the ordinary risks inherent in tattooing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Cyprus law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed; continued use of the site or our services means you accept the current version.
